SHIPPING & SALES TERMS
SHIPPING
After we receive an order, it can take up to 24 hours to process a payment. Please note that at this time we only process orders during business days.
United States Orders:
Domestics order will be shipped using Fedex Ground. Our warehouse ships within 2 business days and most goods arrive at their destination within 5 business days. During sales, our warehouse can take up to 5 days to ship an order. A Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been processed.
Expedited shipping is also available and is charged at $25 for 2 day delivery, and $45 for overnight delivery.
Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders will be shipped by Fedex Ground from the United states, and will take up to 1 week and cost $15.00 USD. A Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been processed.
Considerations:
Your order will be processed as soon as possible if your billing and shipping address are the same. If these are different we may need to contact you for further information.
DISCOUNT SALES
All sales of discount products are final. If you buy an item at full price and then the item is discounted within 14 days of purchase we will happily offer a store credit of the difference.
